If the shape is rectangular, you really need to know the length and width.
The area is l*w, and you have to know at least one plus the area to get the other. What you need is the perimeter, which is P = 2*(l + w). If it is not a rectangular shape, just add ALL the sides together, but you NEED the shape.
If the land is a square, it is 295.3' on a side and you need 1182 feet. In the absurd case of the land being 87120 feet long and 1 foot wide, you need 174242 feet.. Reality is some between, probably NOT halfway.
