13" x 9" pan - coubled

Postby Val » Mon Dec 11, 2006 2:29 am

Hi! I would like to make a double batch of lasanga (or something similar)

My oven won't hold 2 (9x13) pans side by side. It will only hold them one on the top shelf & one on the lower shelf.

Yet when I do this, they both cook unevenly.

I am wondering if I buy one pan that will equal the size of a 9x13",
doubled, will work the best.

I know that a 9x13" pan is 14 cups.

I have searched and searched for what pan size equals that amount
twice but have not had any luck. Does anyone know the answer?
THANKS! Val
