Assuming the lines are straight and line lengths are in meters, the area of Lot 1 can be calculated using Heron’s formula:
Area = sqrt(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))
Where: s = 1/2(a+b+c)
Lots 2 & 3 are irregular polygons and the areas cannot be determined without knowing both the line lengths and angles of intersects (in order, clockwise or CCW) or the diagonals between line intersects.
