1 mL = 1 cm³, so lets express the pipe dimensions as 8.5 cm diameter, by 100 cm length.
The volume of a cylinder is
V = (pi/4) * d² * h = 5674.5 cm³ = 5674.5 mL
(It might be better expressed as 5.6745 L)
