tablespoon as a unit of volume
1 US tablespoon = 14.8 mL assuming the 'herb' has a density of 1, two tbsp = 29.6 mL = 29.6 gram
although dried "herb" usually are less dense than water; so the amount of "herb" to fill two level tbsp would be way less than 29.6 g. i.e. not likely two tbsp is more than an ounce (ounce = 28.4 g)
