Converting mg to mmol

I was hoping someone would be albe to help me in trying to convert mg to mmol for a dietary assignment. I need to convert 4732mg of potassium to mmol and 3819mg of sodium to mmol.

A mole is an amount of substance equal to Avagadro's number (~6.02 x 10^23) atoms or molecules of that substance. You determine the number of grams of the material in a mole by adding the atomic weights from the chemical formula.

In water, sodium and potassium dissociate as ions, so it is just the elemental atomic weight. You can find these in the periodic table, but they are:
Na, 22.99 g/mol
K, 39.10 g/mol
