Your answer COULD be true but only if the geometric area is a perfect square. However, !La! doesn't give us that information.
An area of 1,000,000 square meters is only true if 4000 linear meters is the perimeter of a true square. If the rectangle is not a square, the answer will be different.
You can't calculate the area of a rectangle based on the perimeter alone unless that rectangle is perfectly square.
