I have pills for the same medicine. One is 0.125 MG,
the other is 250 MCG. Are these both the same? Thanks in advance

No.
mg is milligram
mcg is microgram
0.125 mg = 125 mcg, so the 250 mcg pill is TWICE the strength of the other.
