Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. Month after month we saw less posts with questions and answers from real people and more spam posts. converting ppb of Au to g/t Au

I got some rocks analysed and results showed an average of 15 ppb Gold. I'm trying to figure out how to confert ppb to g/t (grams per ton). Any ideas?

There's 0.02 g/ton in most fresh lake water!

I submitted a sample for gold analysis. The sample was screened and each fraction was weighed and assayed for gold. Taking one fraction for example: It weighed 24 grams and the gold content was 15 ppb. How do I convert that to g/t? And how do I calculate the gold content of the total sample?
