I have a lot that is now 1.38 acre and it measures side A 155.18 B side 327.53 C side 201.06 and C side. I WONT TO CUT THIS LOT DOWN TO 1 ACRE. I WONT TO SHORTEN SIDE B AND C TO DO THIS. CAN YOU GIVE ME FIGURES IN FOOTAGE TO DO THIS ?

Yes, but not with the information you give. I need correct information if the parcel is triangular and additional information if it isn't.
Per your post, you have 1.38 acres, with
. . . . Side A being 155.18 feet,
. . . . Side B being 327.53 feet and,
. . . . Side C being 201.06 feet.
However, the dimensions you give for a triangular shaped parcel calculates only to 0.26 acres, not 1.38.

Sorry to quibble with an expert but I didn't see feet anywhere in the question. If he'd given metres instead, would the lot approximate 1.38 acres?

Good point.
As you note, "feet" isn't stated in the original post. As acres are usually calculated using square feet, I may have wrongly assumed that "feet" was the unit of length in question, although I did state that more information was needed.
If the unit of length is meters, the area calculates to 2.81 acres. If 1.38 acres is correct, evidently it isn't meters either.
Surveying is one aspect of my job so it's not a field I know nothing about. As to the title "expert" here on Convert-Me, that comes from answering "x" number of questions, 200 I believe.
