can somebody help show how to convert 200 gsm to yard / 1 kg

I’m not really sure what you’re needing. It’s either 1) the weight in kg of 1 yard of material or 2) how many square yards of material in 1 kg. Below are both answers.
200 g/m2 to yd2/1 kg
There are 1000 g in 1 kg, so 1 g = 0.001 kg:
Convert 200 g to kg: 0.001 * 200 g/m2 = 0.2 kg/m2
1 m2 * 0.83613 = 1 yd2 so,
0.83613 * (0.2 kg/m2) = 0.16723 kg/yd2
1 kg / 0.16723 kg = 5.9798 so,
5.9798 * (0.16723 kg/yd2) = 1 kg / 5.9798 yd2
