if pipe dia = 25 mm
area = pi x dia squared/4
so you would take your area x 1000mm (1metre) to get the volume
1 cubic millimetre (mm3) = 0.001 millilitre
now your pipe volume in mm cubed is volume x .001 (1 cubic ml is .001) and you have your amount of liquid
With this formula worked backwards you could get the length of tube filled I would think, but I am not sure if you have to have the length to begin with or not to figure out the amount of the tube that is filled.
