Not enough info.
You can multiply the cfm by 60 to get cubic feet per hour.
Now, to get to dollars, there has to be some cost or price associated.
If it is natural gas for example, it is the price of a cu. ft of gas.
If it is air, it takes some electricity to blow it, compress it, or whatever.
