I need to give my son 2 mL twice a day for one week then 3mL twice a day for the next week. A measuring plunger came with the bottle but it reads in mg; 100mg - 1000mg. How do I convert the correct amount of dosage? :D
Kepra is a common misspelling of Keppra (levetiracetam).
It's unwise to accept dosage advice for medications (especially prescription) through a forum on the Internet as the chance of getting bad information is high. There is no guarantee the advice is correct and incorrect dosage information could have dire consequences, including death.
Do yourself, and especially your son, a favor and talk to your doctor or the pharmacist. Neither will charge for this information.
