Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. Month after month we saw less posts with questions and answers from real people and more spam posts. wet to dry weight in marine organisms

Does anybody know how to convert from wet weight to dry weight in some common marine organisms (crustaceans, molluscs, polychaets)?

I am also trying to determine this. I have some average moisture contents for marine organisms (eg, cephalopods = 80% water content) but i am unsure how to convert. Hopefully, knowing the moisture content, someone out there can help?
