dissolved oxygen: convert ml/L in mmol/L

Hi, everybody! Does anybody know how to convert oxygen, dissolved in seawater, from ml/L into mmol/L?

Three different references seem to agree that the milliliters of O2 are in fact normalized to standard temperature and pressure, 273.15 K and 101.325 kPa.

Therefore they can be converted to mmol by the ideal gas molar volume 22.414 mL/mmol, or the specific value for O2 at these conditions, 22.3916 mL/mmol. (Divide by these numbers)
