Depends on how much hydrogen is in there.
Either mass (grams, kilograms, etc) or number of moles is a way to refer to a definite amount of hydrogen (or any gas). Hydrogen is an a diatomic molecule with a molecular weight (rounded) of 2 amu, so a mole weighs 2 grams.
The volume of a gas does not define the amount unless temperature and pressure are specified. They are related by the ideal gas equation PV = nRT, where n is number of moles and R is the gas constant. At 1 atm, and 0 degrees C, 1 mole of ideal gas (and most real gases approximate it well) occupies 22.4 L.
