I assume the bore is the inner diameter of the pipe. I'd express it as 0.4 m just to have a single unit.
If a straight run, it is an (empty) internal cyclinder of diameter 0.4 m, length 350 m.
volume of a cylinder is (pi/4)*(d^2)*h = 43.982 m^3 approximately or 43,982 L.
Turns, T's, bends, etc would be more complex, but I'd just use an average length.
