Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. How do I find out the price per acre?

IF the parcel is a rectangle, you have 10,000 square feet (80*125). There are 43,560 square feet in an acre, so divide 10,000 by 43,560, which equals 0.2296 acres more or less.
You're selling this 0.2296 acre parcel for $108,900. To get the price per acre, divide the selling price by the acreage in the sale.
$108,900 / 0.2296 acres = $474,368.40 per acre.
