Grams measure mass (weight), milliliters measure capacity (volume). There is no direct conversion from weight to volume, because this conversion depends on the substance. One cup of water is heavier than one cup of oil, but weighs less than one cup of plum.
To convert between weight and volume you need to know density of the substance.
