Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. Month after month we saw less posts with questions and answers from real people and more spam posts. We were spending more and more resources cleaning the spam until there were less them 1 legitimate message per 100 spam posts. Then we decided it's time to stop.

mg/l to lbs per acre

can anyone help? How do I convert mg/l to pounds per acre?

Sorry, It can't be done, at least with the information you've given.
what you have is mass per volume, (mg/l) and you're trying to convert it to mass per area. You'll need to supply at least one more unit, somehow convertable to volume per area before you can get from mg/l to pounds per acre.
If I'm spraying something that has 100 mg per liter of something in it, and I want to know how many pounds of this thing I put on an acre of area, I have to know how many liters I put on the acre. If its one liter per acre, then I put 100 mgs of it on one acre, so I can multiply 100 mg by 2.205e-6 lb/mg and tell you that you've got 2.205e-4 lb/acre
