Insulin syringes don't come in a "one unit" size that I'm aware of. Although syringes do come in different sizes . . .
. . . I'm wondering why you have 3/10 cc syringes when it seems an injectable anti-inflammatory medication would be prescribed by a Doctor. If that's the case, surely the Doctor or Pharmacist wouldn't give you the wrong size syringes!
In case (s)he did give you the wrong syringes, I suggest you take them (and the medication) back to the pharmacy where you got them and ask them to explain.
