pmol to microlitres and ng to microlitres

This may be a really silly question but I need to convert 6.4 pmol to microlitres? I'm working with DNA and PCR primers and templates for sequencing and just need to know the volume of template and primer to add to the master mix.

This is what I have been given:
To make up at least 8 microlitres of master mix

Primer 6.4 pmol

Template (PCR product) 2 ng per 100 base pair
