mcg is an unofficial abbreviation for microgram. The proper symbol is µg, where
µ is the greek letter mu. Since most people can't type that directly, they either use u or mc to indicate micro.
The prefix micro indicate a value of 1/1,000,000. Hence one µg is 0.000,001 grams.
As you've typed your question in all caps, its difficult to tell if you are asking how to convert µg to mg (milligrams) or Mg (Megagrams). I'm going to assume milligrams, megagrams is not a very well used unit.
To convert µg to mg, first understand the units: micro is 1/1,000,000 and milli is 1/1,000. So there are 0.001 milligrams in a microgram.
If you have 300 µg, that would mean you have:
300 µg x 0.001 mg/µg = 0.3 mg
If you have 3,000 µg:
3,000 x 0.001 mg/µg = 3 mg.
