mcg is an (improper) abbreviation for microgram. It should be µg, but the "mc" is often used in fonts lacking a "µ" symbol. (Personally, I prefer to use "u" in that case).
There are 1000 µg in 1 mg, so 100 µg = 0.1 mg.
I saw your "units" question. That depends on the material, and may not be easy to find, but you could try searching in Google.
