At "normal" conditions (the "N" in Nm³), the molar is 22.414 L/mol or 0.022414 m³/mol, so you are flowing 446 mol/h. Multiply by the molecular weight of the gas in g/mol to get grams per hour. Divide by 1000 for kg/h.
