Exotic physics symbol

If any one out there can help me with this symbol i wold greatly appreciate it. The symbol does not appear in the character map applications so i will have to discribe it. Imagine the number 9 with the bottom end curving upwards then to the left to for a tail of sorts. Something like this:

I know it looks wierd but imagine that the tilde (~) and the bottom end are connected by a continueous line. The hyphin (-) is also connected to the part of the circle that intersects the o with the "tail" of the 9.

Please some one help!
