Uhh, N used that way is confusing. It is not "newtons," it is "normal." Normal meters cubed per hour is a gas flow rate.
If it were a combustible gas, you had an engine, and you knew its efficiency (and the heat content of the gas) you might get a credible horsepower estimate. Lacking all those things, ???.
