I would like to convert the Universal standard printer paper known as A4 to pixels
just so I know how much area to make a picture to print out
A4 = 210mm x 297mm
U.S. Letter ? x ?
Legal letter ? x ?
So does anybody know how many pixels make up the above paper sizes
A4 = 800 x 1100 pixels or until it can B proved otherwise

There is no good answer on how many pixels; it depends on the resolution of your image. In some image manipulation programs, resolution can be specified as pixels/inch or pixels/mm.
As to paper size, US letter = 8.5" x 11", US Legal = 8.5" x 14", and of course 25.4 mm/inch converts them both to metric.
