A quick and dirty method would be to assume that the human body is mostly water. Water wieghs 61.998 lbs/ft³, so 178 lb / 61.998 lb/ft³, = 2.87 cubic feet.
The best way to measure the volume of your body would be to fill a container with water to the top (say a 55 gallon drum) and then get into the drum. Completely submerge yourself, without splashing excess water out.
Get out of the drum, and measure how much water came out. You can either set up a method to collect the water, or you can add water back in to the drum until its full, measuring the water as you add it.
When you find out how many gallons displaced, then divide that amount by 7.481 gallons per cubic foot, and you'll have the exact volume of your body in cubic feet.
