Is anyone aware of a website or a program available that will calculate latitude and longitude from a legal land decription, including township and range, etc. and vice versa?
I require a program that has a database that contains Canadian information.

There is one application I have found called SCADALink Locator, which I believe can do what you want. It can be found here: http://www.scadalink.com/locator

henrygrik, the SCADALink website looks like they are offering a free web application, SCADALink Locator Mobile, now. It works on mobile devices such as Andriod, iPhones and Blackberries, and it seems to work on desktop browsers, too.

The tract description should also be converted from feet to meters if working with UTM?
