You really need to know density and you may have to weigh a sample.
If I assume it is dilute, and mostly water, water is about 8.33 pounds per gallon. But if this is a concentrate of some strong chemicals, weight per gallon could be quite a bit higher. If the chemicals are in water solution, I would say it can't be lighter than water, but hard to guess how much heavier than water, maybe 10 or even 12 lb/gallon?
