conversion of mg to ml

i need to convert 4.5 mg, 4.0mg, 3.5mg and 3.0mg to its equivelent in milleleters. i am dosing down on a medication and it is easier to dose down in its liquid form.

It depends on the density of what's being converted.

Although the above is true, with medications, especially those in liquid form, the weight of medication per volume is usually noted, e.g., 5 mg per 5 ml.

This information should be on the container label. If not, look on the informational sheet supplied with the medication, if one was provided.
