I would like a clearer method of solving metric conversions. this will be very helpful with my chemistry subjects this summer.
example. how many grams would occupy 12ml?

You question cannot be answered without one additional peice of information: how many grams of what?
If its water, then 12 grams of water will occupy 12 ml. If its lead, then 135.6 grams of lead will occupy 12 ml.
