Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. Month after month we saw less posts with questions and answers from real people and more spam posts. You need to know the density of the diesel, which varies lot to lot, and refinery to refinery. It is probably in range 0.82 - 0.85 kg/L. There are floats designed to measure it.
Once you have it, divide by density. Using 0.84 kg/L as an example, you have 2869 L.
