mixing fluid glycerin with dry powder

mixing fluid glycerin with dry powder

I'm trying to create a mixture using glycerin with dry chromium powder to create a 20/80 mixture (20% glycerin / 80% chromium). I think I've figured that I need a little over half a fluid ounce of the glycerin to 100 grams of the chromium. Any input from anyone on this?
