How I convert kg/m3 in % ?

How I convert kg/m3 in % ?

Hello

I have Ba(OH)2 solid and I want to do a solution.I want to know how much Ba(OH)2 I have to dilute in 100 ml solution.

I calculated from the formula C=M/V the concentration of a Ba(OH)2 in 100 ml solution(kg/m3). And now I want to use the procentual concentration to find out the mass of Ba(OH)2 that I have to dilute.
