thanks very much for responding!!!! unfortunately, it turns out i asked for the wrong thing...
do you (or anyone else) happen to know the formula for converting units of N from uM to mg/L?
i guess i'm looking for the way to do it for just nitrogen (we're working with ocean water). again, thanks for responding--even thought i asked the wrong question--it was still a lot of help :D
