There are lots of different oils, you need to know the density of the oil in question. Coolant oils can also have water added. As the density of most oils will be fairly close, we'll use Citgo hydraulic oil #46, with a density of 0.87 g/cm^3 at 15.6º C.
1000 g = 1 kg, 1000 cm^3 = 1 L, so 0.87 g/cm^3 = 0.87 kg/L
213 kg / 0.87 kg/L = 244.83 L
