There is no simple answer.
There are 236.59 mL in a cup. Water weighs 1 g/mL, so for water 236.59 g.
But oils are lighter than water. Addition of salt, sugar, etc to water makes it a little heavier. Powdered solids like salt, sugar, flour are noticable different from the weight of water. You have to find the density of the material, and the answer will be (at least a little) different for every material.
