Ok here is the problems that I am working on.

and the next ? is
.00156 ks to ns.
Any help on how to covert these would be greatly appreciated. and if you can explain how you came to this answer it is so much appreciated. I am stuck on these for my college chem homework.

Well, there are 60 seconds in a minute. Apart from that, the problem reduces to understanding metric prefixes as representing powers of ten. Read your text or Google.
