kW (kiloWatts-1000 Watts) are a unit of power, which is the rate of doing work (i.e. energy). kWh (kiloWatt hours) is a common (e.g. electricity bills) but non standard metric unit of energy, so the two are not measures of the same thing. That said, assuming this concerns an energy bill, if you multiply the power (in kW) by the number of hours you will get the energy used in kWh. For example a 3 kW heater running for 2 hours will consume 6 kWh of energy.
In your specific query, you cannot convert 14 kW to kWh, you need to know how many hours, then multiply the 2 together.
