-conductivity is siemens/meter
-resistivity is ohm*meter
Conductance G (siemens) = 1 / Resistance (ohms)
or siemens = 1/ohms
So conductivity is the inverse of resistivity, you don't need any table. More an electrical wire is resistive, less it conduct etc.
Example: The conductivity of a wire with resistivity of 6 ohms*meter is
G = 1/(6 ohms*meter) = 0.166 S/meter.
