Different oil products have different density, ranging from about 6 lb/gallon for gasoline, up to 8 lb/gallon for heavy fuel and lubricating oil, so you have to find a good density figure.
Using a density of 7 lb/gallon, only as an example:
7 lb/gallon x 2200 gallons x 1 ton/2000 lb = 7.7 ton.
I assumed US gallons and tons, Imperial are different.
