I have an experiment to be done soon..But confused in this cal. Need to prepare a stock of 4mg/ml progesterone.The amount to injected per mice is 1mg/250ul.However I have 6 mice to be injected 3 days consecutively.
How much of the stock must I prepare?
My solution was to weigh 24mg of progesterone and add this to 6ml of sesame oil(Progesterone dissolves in sesame under heat)Is this correct?
