How do I convert ppm to %?
For instance:
Toothpaste with 0.76% sodium monofluorophosphate = ? ppm
Toothpaste with 0.243% sodium fluoride = ? ppm

ppm is parts per million; percent is parts per 100: 1,000,000 / 100 = 10 000
To convert percent to ppm, multiply by 10 000
To convert ppm to percent, divide by 10 000
0.76% * 10 000 = 7 600 ppm

Hi. The previous answer is incorrect as ppm on toothpaste is referring to parts of flourine (F), not of the MFP.
This is published research giving a couple of examples:

MFP 0.76 % = 1000 ppm
0.20% sodium fluoride (920 ppm fluoride), so your 0.243 % would be 1118 ppm
