I want to have the details of conversion factor the following.
My body sugar level is showing 7.5mmol/l
How to convert it into Mg/DL.
Somebody is telling it is 18 means 7.5mmol/Lx18=135Mg/DL

"Somebody" is correct. Multiply mmol/L by 18 to convert to mg/dl
