Hello,
I need to convert blood alcohol content that an accident survivor had. It's 0.204 g/100ml and I need to convert it to mg/l. My calculations amount to 2040 mg/l, but I think it's not possible, since the lethal amount of alcohol is 3-4 mg in a litre of blood. What is wrong with these calculations?

Your figures are correct, except for the LD50 figure of 3-4 mg/l. The accepted LD50 for alcohol is 0.40% BAC, which would be 4 g/l.
0.204 g/(100 ml) = 204 mg/dl = 2040 mg/l = 0.204 percent BAC
