All purpose flour 400 g = 4.025 cups (round to 4 cups)
Sugar, granulated 150 g = 0.7827 cups (a little over 3/4 cup) or 6-1/4 fl. oz.
1 Liter of anything = A little under 4-1/4 cups or 33.8 fl. oz.
