I assume this is a concentration of substance A/ substance B.
For substance B, you have to know what it is and know its molar mass and density. Actually, if it is a gas, at standard temperature and pressure (0 °C, 101.325 kPa), 1 mole occupies 22.4 L, 1 kmol occupies 22.4 m³, assuming the ideal gas law. Remember at any other pressure/temperature, the volume will change.
